Cut the shrimp back with scissors, wash the mud line with clear water, and shred the ginger.
Two teaspoons of tomato sauce with salt, sugar (according to personal taste) and starch. I use pure tomato sauce, and I think I can use finished tomato sauce instead, just add water.
Then add a proper amount of cold water and stir well. It is recommended not to add too much water. If it is not enough, it can be supplemented. Put oil in the pan, heat it, put shredded ginger in the pan, then add prawns and stir fry until both sides turn red, then pour in the prepared tomato juice and simmer over medium heat. Because it is the first time to cook, the cooking time is a little longer, about 10 minutes. If you think tomato juice is low, add some water.
