At that time, Beijing Hotel only had western food, so it invited nine Huaiyang cuisine masters, including Zhu Dianrong, to cook "The First Banquet of the Chinese People * * * and China" from Yuhuatai, a famous Huaiyang cuisine restaurant in Beijing at that time.
