How to cook mushrooms with yuba?

Soak dried tofu and mushrooms.

Cut the soaked yuba into inches.

Sliced mushrooms (the fresh mushrooms I used today are not as rich as dried mushrooms)

Carrot slices and side dishes are replaced by knives.

Saute mushrooms in hot oil.

Add the soaked yuba and side dishes and turn well.

Pour in proper amount of oyster sauce and a little light soy sauce, and stir well.

Add the right amount of water (I like pickled ingredients)

Simmer for a few minutes, the soup will thicken, and then serve.
