On the practice of freshwater prawns

Shrimp's trunk is divided into many sections, so it will be more troublesome to shell one by one when eating. I'll tell you the easiest way, that is, peel off the head and tail of the crab, then insert it from its tail with chopsticks and poke out the shrimp meat completely. Now that you know how to eat, do you know how to make it delicious? Below I have sorted out two common practices for you.

First, the practice of salted shrimp

Ingredients: Biwa shrimp, red pepper, garlic, soy sauce, cooking oil, cooking wine, salt and pepper.

Steps:

1. Wash prawns and drain.

2. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, soy sauce and salt, and marinate prawns for 20 minutes.

3. Wash red pepper and garlic, and then chop them.

4. Heat the oil until it is medium-cooked, fry the marinated prawns in a pot until golden brown, and then pick them up.

5. Use the remaining oil in the pot. After heating, add red pepper and garlic and stir fry.

6. Pour the fried prawns back into the pan and fry them.

7. After frying for one minute, add appropriate amount of salt and pepper and fry again.

8, pour a small amount of soy sauce, stir well and then start the pot.

Second, the practice of steaming mussels

Ingredients: Biwa shrimp, onion, ginger, cooking wine, oil consumption, sugar, vinegar, cooking oil, chicken essence.

Steps:

1. After washing prawns, cut them in half with scissors for convenience.

2. Shred ginger and cut onion.

3. Put the prawns on a plate, add cooking wine, chopped green onion and shredded ginger, and steam them in a pot.

4. Prepare dipping juice with oil consumption, sugar, vinegar, chicken essence and edible oil.
