5 chicken legs, 8 slices of ginger, 3 garlic cloves, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Making:
1. Wash chicken legs, remove bones and cut into pieces, and marinate with ginger, onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce and sugar for more than half an hour;
2. Add a proper amount of cooking oil to the wok, and fry the chicken leg meat on medium heat until both sides are golden;
