Prepare ingredients: eggs, vermicelli, medlar and onion.
Just use 3 yolks, 1 egg white, add pepper and 2g salt to the egg and mix well. Cut vermicelli into short pieces, soak shark's fin in clear water, wash Lycium barbarum, soak scallops in clear water, and tear them into elements.
