How to cook stewed ribs with eggplant?
Add ribs, shallots, ginger slices and a spoonful of cooking wine to the pot, cook for 2 minutes, turn off the heat and take out the ribs.
Put the ribs that have fallen into the water into a casserole, add boiling water to the ribs, and add onion, ginger, pepper and a spoonful of salt.
