Composition:
Old tofu, coriander, shallots, minced garlic, Chili noodles, salt, sugar, aged vinegar, soy sauce, chicken essence.
Exercise:
1. Soul juice: cut parsley, shallots and garlic, pour in appropriate amount of Chili noodles and stir-fry in hot oil. Add a spoonful of soy sauce, two spoonfuls of mature vinegar, a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of salt, a small amount of chicken essence and a spoonful of mineral water to the bowl and stir well.
