1 Bread is the staple food, and cereal is at the bottom of the pyramid.
2 eggs, one or two meats \ Eggs are the penultimate layer of the pyramid.
3 Milk A cup of beans/milk is the second floor of the pyramid.
Fruits and vegetables are on the penultimate floor, but I don't know if I should eat them in the morning, so I didn't write them down.
The grease is not written on it either.
