You can find NPC on the second floor of Stormwind Hotel (there is a bartender's mailbox at the door of the boss who has no hearthstone) to buy it. It's like hotels in the old city and fishermen's eyes brushing fishermen on the wild coast in the west. There are also many lakes in the middle and above the Redridge Mountains.
