One pound of fresh prawns

How to make braised green shrimp?

Step one: Wash the prawns and put them in a large bowl or small basin.

Step 2: Pour all the ingredients into the basin, and then add the seasoning: soy sauce (or other vegetable soy sauce) Two spoons, a little salt, MSG, sugar, vinegar, a few drops of sesame oil! If you like braised shrimp oil, you can also add it according to your personal taste!

Step 3: Mix well and serve on a plate!

Tips

1: This is my first time posting a recipe and I am inexperienced, so I forgot to take photos of each step! Hope everyone can forgive me!

2: If there is no chili pepper, you can use chili oil instead! If you don’t like coriander, don’t leave it out!
