Cheese bacon rice ball
Ingredients: sliced cheese, rice, bacon, shredded seaweed, carrot and sliced seaweed.
Blanch carrots, add rice, add shredded seaweed and a spoonful of oil and stir well. Arrange them in an oval shape, put them in a plate, cut the cheese in half and spread them on bacon, roll them in rice balls, wrap them in seaweed slices and roll them one by one.
Pour oil into the pan, add bacon rice balls, fry on low heat until both sides are golden, and add appropriate amount of water to fry until the water is dry.
Steamed meatballs with corn
Materials: 40g corn kernels, corn starch 15g, carrot 15g, 50g pork.
Blanch carrots and corn, chop pork, add starch, stir well, knead into small balls, and steam in cold water 15 minutes.
