Recipe practice:
1. Preparation material: 500g of ribs.
2. Wash the ribs, add ginger and 1 tbsp cooking wine and grab well.
3. Add 1.5 tbsp ginger juice.
4. Pick it up and marinate for half an hour.
5. Pour the oil in a hot pot, add the marinated ribs and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.

7. Add half a tablespoon of soy sauce and mix well.
