Raw materials:

Appropriate amount of strawberries, Geely powder 15-20g, 20g of sugar, 250ML of clear water and a little salt.

Steps:

1. Prepare materials. Geely powder, sugar, strawberry, water, your favorite mold.

2. Clean the strawberries, soak them in light salt water for a while, remove the roots, and beat some of them into strawberry juice with a cooking machine or boil them into strawberry jam with a pot.

3. Take about 15-20g of gelatin powder, put it in a small bowl, add a proper amount of water to melt it, and heat it in water until the gelatin powder melts into a liquid state.

4. Take a large bowl and pour 250ML of cold boiled water.

5. Add the right amount of strawberry juice. I didn't add water to the strawberry juice, and the pomace was not filtered, so it was thick. You can make it according to your personal preference.

6. Add 20 grams of sugar. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.

7. Add gelatin powder that has just become liquid.

8. Mix and stir evenly. If you are afraid that it won't melt, you can change the cold boiled water into warm water.

9. Put the stirred strawberry liquid into the mold with a spoon. Don't fill it too full, leave some space to avoid leakage when moving.
