Tomatoes and potatoes are my favorites. The combination of the two is that rice is amazing, tomatoes are sweet and sour, and potatoes are soft and glutinous. I'm not afraid to waste the leftover rice.

Leftovers 1 bowl

2 tomatoes

Potatoes 1

Two ham sausages

Scallion right amount

Appropriate amount of minced garlic

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 spoon oyster sauce

Tomato paste 1 spoon

Appropriate amount of pepper

Proper amount of edible oil

Cut a cross on the tomato, blanch it with boiling water, peel it, cut into pieces, and prepare diced potatoes, diced ham and leftover rice.

Fry the oil, chives and garlic until cooked.

Pour in diced tomatoes and cook over low heat until the juice is thick.

Pour in the prepared diced ham and potatoes (cut them into smaller pieces to be cooked), add a bowl of water foam and cook until the potatoes can be pierced through with chopsticks.

Add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, one spoonful of tomato sauce and appropriate amount of white pepper.
