Scrambled eggs with dried shrimps are the best.
Ingredients: two eggs
Seasoning: salt, a section of green onion, 2 corianders
Steps:
1. Fungus Wash and tear into pieces; wash the dried shrimps and pinch off the water; beat the eggs in a bowl and stir well; chop the green onions and cut the coriander into sections.
2. Fry the eggs and set aside after frying.
3. Continue to heat the pan and pour oil, add chopped green onions and dried shrimps and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
4. Then add the fungus and stir-fry for half a minute, add a little water and simmer for about 1 minute.
5. Add the fried eggs and coriander to the pot, add salt, stir-fry evenly and serve.
