Old fashioned fried pork chop
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the back meat to marinate the old-fashioned fried pork chops. Step 1
Put the meat in a plastic bag and hammer it with a meat hammer or the bottom of a wine bottle until the meat expands and widens. Step two.
Take four people as an example. Put ROUX (flour+butter, volume 1: 1) and 1 glass flour into the pot, and put the same volume of butter into the pot. Stir until it melts and cook until brown. The third step of old-fashioned fried pork chops
Mix 1 thick soy sauce, 1 2 vinegar, 1 tomato sauce, 1 sugar, two paper cups of water and1milk (water can also be used instead) evenly. Step four.
Pour into the pot, stir well, and finally add pepper to finish the old-fashioned fried pork chop with pork chop sauce. Step five.
After the pork chop is tasted, it is wrapped with flour, then with egg liquid, and finally with bread flour. Step six.
Bread flour can be sprayed with some water to make it slightly moist and easier to dip. When you wrap the egg liquid, wrap it with chopsticks so that your hands won't get dirty. Pieces of chicken chops can be separated by plastic bags and then frozen in the refrigerator to preserve the old-fashioned fried pork chops. Step 7
Fire, pour in the right amount of oil, put the small bumps made of flour and water into the oil, and it will float to 170 degrees in one second. When the temperature is 160- 170℃, put the pork chop (note that the pork chop sticks to the pot). Step eight.
When the pork chops float and turn yellow, turn over and fry until both sides are golden. Drain the pork chops and put the old fried pork chops vertically. Step 9
Finally, add macaroni salad, shredded Chinese cabbage, pork chop, pork chop sauce and radish pickle.
