Quick-frozen mutton rolls can be fried with Flammulina velutipes and onion. I have prepared two kinds of mutton rolls for you:
The first kind: fried mutton rolls with Flammulina velutipes.
1. Prepare ingredients: sliced mutton, Flammulina velutipes, coriander, salt, onion, dried pepper, cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar and cumin. Cut off the roots of Flammulina velutipes, blanch with boiling water, remove and drain for later use. Cut the onion into dried chopped green onion, cut the red pepper into sections, cut the coriander into long sections, put a little oil in the pot, saute the chopped green onion and dried red pepper, and add the mutton roll to stir fry for a while. 2. Add cooking wine to consume oil and stir-fry until the mutton is in the pot. 3. Add the scalded Flammulina velutipes and stir well. Then add a little sugar and salt and cumin to taste. 4. Finally, sprinkle with coriander and stir fry.
The second method is: stir-fry mutton rolls with onions; 1. Prepare ingredients, mutton rolls, dried onion salt, Chili starch, soy sauce, mature vinegar and rice vinegar. 2. Cut the mutton into large rolls, wash the onions and wash the dried peppers. 3. Add a little salt, cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce and starch to the mutton roll and marinate for a while. Cut the onion obliquely, and cut the dried pepper into small pieces. Put it aside. 4. Heat the oil pan and stir-fry the mutton rolls to cure constipation. It takes about two minutes. Can't fry for too long. 5. Stir-fry the dried peppers in the oil again, add a little scallion seasoning, add stir-fried mutton rolls and a little soy sauce, stir well, and pour a spoonful of rice vinegar before taking out, stir well.
