Ingredients:
Appropriate amount of dried noodles
2-3 green vegetables that are incompatible with each other
Two green onions that are incompatible with each other
Two eggs are incompatible with each other
An appropriate amount of sesame oil
An appropriate amount of water
An appropriate amount of salt
Recipe:
< p>1. Wash green vegetables and green onions. Cut green onions into sections. The noodles are ready and the eggs are ready. Add appropriate amount of sesame oil into the bowl.2. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, then add noodles.
3. Boil the noodles until they are half cooked, then turn down the heat and add the eggs. Cook over low heat for a while to prevent the eggs from being cooked apart. Then turn to high heat and continue cooking noodles. I used thin noodles and the quantity was small, so I didn’t need to add cold water along the way.
4. After it is almost cooked, add the green vegetables and blanch them twice. Finally add appropriate amount of salt.
5. Fill the bowl. Pick up the noodles first, then scoop out the eggs and vegetables. Finally add the scallions.
6. Pose for a photo.
7. I cooked soft-boiled eggs. If you don’t like soft-boiled eggs, add the eggs earlier and cook them.
Recipe tips: 1. If there are a lot of noodles, add cold water 2-3 times when cooking.
2. Adding sesame oil will make it more fragrant. If you don’t have sesame oil, you can use peanut oil or lard. Lard is also very fragrant.
