2. Accessories: 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 0/0g onion/kloc, 4g salt, 2 cloves garlic, a little starch, and 0/0g ginger/kloc.
3. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Add mushrooms and blanch them until they are soft.
4. Take it out and cool it in cold water. Take out and drain.
5. Slice mushrooms, break green peppers, and cut carrots into diamond-shaped pieces.
6. Add oil to the pot and heat it. Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
7. Add carrots and mushrooms and stir well.
8. Add the green pepper, stir-fry the salt until the color of the green pepper darkens, pour in a little water starch, stir-fry evenly and serve.
