Fried shredded pork with double mushrooms
Wash and shred pork. Mix well with wet starch, yellow wine and soy sauce. Wash Flammulina velutipes and cut into sections. Wash and slice the mushrooms after they are done.
Heat the wok with vegetable oil, add Jiang Mo and stir-fry until 80% done, leaving the base oil.
Stir-fry Agaricus bisporus with base oil, add yellow wine and soy sauce and stir-fry to taste.
Add fresh soup to boil, add shredded pork, add salt and monosodium glutamate to taste.
Thicken the juice with wet starch.
