Method of making meat with tofu
Tools/materials: tofu, mushrooms, carrots, meat, chicken essence, sugar, salt, white pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chopped green onion.

First cut any side of the tofu bubble with a knife, and then dig out the tofu in the middle.

Next, wash the mushrooms and carrots and cut them into cubes, then wash the meat and chop it into minced meat.

Put minced meat into a bowl, add diced mushrooms, diced carrots and dug tofu, then sprinkle with appropriate amount of chicken essence, salt, sugar and white pepper, and stir well together.

After stirring, add soy sauce and oyster sauce and continue stirring.

Put the prepared tofu into a dish and steam in a steamer 15 minutes.
