Egg yolk mud
Egg yolk paste is a nutritional necessity for babies. After the eggs are cooked, they are ground into mud with a spoon, and then a proper amount of boiling water or formula milk is added and stirred evenly, thus completing a delicious supplementary food of yolk paste. Start with 1/8 yolk and gradually increase to 1/4 or 1/3, so that the baby can adapt slowly. Fresh liver mashed potatoes
Fresh liver mashed potatoes are a nutritious baby staple food. Cook chicken liver and mash it. Boil potatoes until soft, press them into mashed potatoes, and then cook them with rice into a paste. This complementary food is rich in protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc and vitamins A and B, which helps to protect the baby's eyesight.
