After 8 minutes, fry the chicken pieces until golden and crisp, take out the oil control, and then pour the peppers and dried red peppers into the colander to control the water.
6. Add half a spoonful of cooking oil to another pot, pour in pepper and dried red pepper, stir-fry for a while, drain the water, stir-fry the fragrance inside, pour in onion and ginger slices, then pour in the fried chicken nuggets, and stir-fry for one minute on low heat to fully blend the fragrance of chicken nuggets and pepper.
7. Start seasoning from the pot, add 1g monosodium glutamate and 2g white sugar to enhance the flavor, pour in onion, peanuts and white sesame seeds, add 5g red oil, stir fry quickly for 30 seconds, then turn off the fire and put on a plate. This spicy and delicious spicy chicken is ready.
