How to define the executives of company law?
Article 2 16 1 of the Company Law stipulates the scope of senior management personnel. Article 147 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Company Law

Directors, supervisors and senior managers shall abide by laws, administrative regulations and the articles of association of the company, and have the obligation of loyalty and diligence to the company.

Directors, supervisors and senior management personnel shall not take advantage of their powers to accept bribes or other illegal income, and shall not encroach on the company's property.

The meanings of the following terms in this Law:

(1) Senior management refers to the manager, deputy manager, financial officer, secretary of the board of directors of a listed company and other personnel stipulated in the articles of association of the company.
