Ingredients: shrimp, carrots, broccoli, fresh mushrooms.
Accessories: cooking wine, white pepper, salt, oyster sauce, starch.
Tools: pots, plates, bowls, knives.
1. Prepare and clean shrimp, 6-8 fresh mushrooms, half a carrot, and I added a little broccoli to match the color.
2. Wash the mushrooms, remove the mushroom stalks, and leave a few fresh mushroom stalks in the stuffing.
3. Chop the shrimp into shrimp paste, and chop the stalks of carrots, broccoli and mushrooms.
4. Add two spoonfuls of cooking wine, one spoonful of salt and white pepper to shrimp sauce, and I also add thirteen kinds of spices. After stirring well, add carrots, broccoli and mushroom stalks and stir well.
5. Put the shrimp paste evenly into the mushrooms.
6. Add cold water to the pot, boil the water, put it on a plate, steam it on high fire for 7-8 minutes, and then take out the plate. At this time, there will be a lot of mushroom juice, which can be poured out, or shrimp and mushrooms can be put in another plate.
7. Add a little salt to the mushroom juice according to your own taste. I also add half a spoonful of oil, add a little warm water, and then pour it into the pot and heat it on low heat. After boiling, add about 50 ml of water starch to thicken.
8. Pour the juice on the shrimps and mushrooms. If you like onions, you can sprinkle a little chives. I wish this shrimp was stuffed with mushrooms!
