The Historical Evolution of Xiaoli Village
When Jiajing was in the Ming Dynasty, Xiao Li Village belonged to Guanzhuang Township, Quwo County, and was called Xiao Li.

In the yard of the flour processing factory run by Zhao Liansheng, a villager in Xiaoli Village, there is an existing tomb during the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty, where the emperor and Qin Rumin are buried. The tombstone reads: "The public fears the wonders of heaven, and the words are just right. The ancestors were afraid and gave it to Bangli, for the sake of the public and the ancestors ... ". It can be seen that Xiaoli Village after the Yongzheng era of the Qing Dynasty was once called "Little Lizhuang".

During the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, Xiaoli Village belonged to Guanzhuang Village of Quwo County, and was called East Xiaoli and West Xiaoli two administrative villages.

According to Mr. Guo Tingxiu of Xiaoli Village, Dongxiaoli Village has long been composed of "East Covenant" and "West Covenant". In the west of Xiaoli village, there used to be a "Xinzhuang", where few people lived.

According to Mr. Shi Anbang of Xiaoli Village, during the agricultural society in the 1950s, I heard from the villager Feng Kexin that he found a stone tablet while planting a small plot of land in the west of the village. The stone tablet says "Dongli Village".

In the 17th year of the Republic of China, Xiao Li Village belonged to the four districts of Quwo County and was called Dong Xiaoli. Xi Xiaoli belongs to Dong Xiaoli Village. There are 174 households in Xiaoli, including 434 males and 389 females. In 2000, there were 700 households with 3097 people in Xiaoli Village, with cultivated land 169.7 hectares and per capita income of 2860 yuan.

The original Xiao Li Village looks like a lying cow: the high temple in the village (Wang Ming Temple, also known as the Temple of Hades) is a cow's head, Baozi Town in the east of the village is a cow trough, the south gate is a cow's buttocks, the south city is a cow's tail, and the Bajiaolou and Huangdi Temple are the front and rear hooves of the cow.

1958, the groundwater level of Xiuhuihe Reservoir in Quwo County generally rose. Xixiaoli is located under the cliff and is uninhabitable because of the humidity. It gradually went to the cliff and merged with Dong Xiaoli. The site of Xixiaoli was uninhabited many years ago.

In the Qing Dynasty, Qin Tingxian, a native of Xiaoli Village, wrote the word "harmony". Ren Zhongshu, a deputy tribute, is one of the directors of the relocation department, followed by Huizhou Prefecture. Huizhou city was destroyed by soldiers because of the war. Qin Tingxian carefully maintained and managed, saving more than 10,000 yuan a year. At the same time, he supported the social atmosphere and put an end to false accusations and gifts, which was praised by Huizhou people.

1926, Guo Dusheng, a native of Dongxiaoli (later Guo Lianqing, governor of Japanese puppet Quwo), raised more than 3,000 silver dollars and founded Fenchuan Senior Primary School in a temple in the west of the village.

1946 After the liberation of Houma, the school moved to Houma Road West Complete Primary School.

194 1 1 February, the Quwo County Committee of the Communist Party of China decided to set up two district committees, Manan and Ma Bei, with the Taimao Highway as the boundary. Ma Bei District Committee is located in Xiaoli, and Qiu Yuting is the secretary. Ma Nan District Committee is located in Chengcun, and Ma Fuan is the secretary. The establishment of two district committees has promoted the development of party organizations in the three districts. 1943 in July, according to the needs of the development of the revolutionary situation, the Manan and Ma Bei regional committees were abolished.
