Stewed chicken and potatoes
Prepare ingredients: chicken legs, potatoes, green peppers, mushrooms, millet peppers, ginger and garlic, soy sauce, soy sauce, pepper, rock sugar and cooking oil.
Practice steps:
1. Wash the chicken legs and cut them into small pieces. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Wash green peppers and mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Slice ginger and mash garlic.
2. Sauce: Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of bean paste, a little pepper, and cooking wine 1 tablespoon to the bowl, and stir well for later use.
3. Heat hot oil from the pan, add rock sugar and stir fry until brown, then add chicken legs and stir fry for coloring.
4. Add 1 tbsp cooking wine, ginger slices and garlic, stir well and stir for about 3 minutes. Pour in the prepared juice and half a bowl of water, stir well, add potato pieces and mushrooms, cover and stew for about 15 minutes.
5. It's time, open the lid and put in the green pepper. Stir-fry over high heat and collect juice evenly.
The second course: fried beef

Prepare ingredients: beef, coriander, millet spicy, pickled pepper, minced garlic, Jiang Mo, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, starch, pepper and cooking oil.
Practice steps:
1. Wash the beef, cut it into pieces, put it in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, a little pepper and salt, 1 tablespoon starch, and then add/kloc-0.
2. Cook the oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add minced ginger and garlic, millet spicy and pickled pepper, stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the marinated beef, and stir-fry quickly over high fire until it changes color.
3. Add coriander stalks and 1 tablespoon soy sauce, stir-fry quickly for a few times, then add coriander leaves, stir-fry evenly and serve.
