How to make pork bone, seaweed and shrimp stewed in pork bone, seaweed and shrimp stew

1. Ingredients: 20 grams of dried seaweed (or one plate), 500 grams of pork spine, a pinch of shrimp, 3 slices of ginger, 1 green onion, and 8 bowls of water.

2. Soak the seaweed in water until soft, changing the water once in the middle.
