1, using the package object function. Make a copy of the graph to be trimmed and put it on top of the original graph. Draw lace on the newly created graph, and use the wrapping object function to merge the lace with the original graph.

2. Select the original graphic and the drawn lace graphic, and click Effect, Wrap Object and Create in the menu bar to merge the lace with the original graphic.
