1. Remove the heads of the golden needles and clean them; clean a few large cabbage leaves; stew the beef. For the beef stew recipe, please refer to the previous beef stew section of Potato Braised Beef (/recipe/818416).

2. Cut the Chinese cabbage into thick strips and sprinkle with some salt.

3. Scoop in the beef stew.

4. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat

5. Then add the Chinese cabbage leaves, cover the pot and simmer again.

6. Finally, turn it up and down, add the enoki mushrooms, boil them, and sprinkle with garlic sprouts or coriander.
