Composition:
Celery, beef, carrot, dried pepper, Pixian bean paste, onion, garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar, chicken essence and pepper.
Cooking steps:
1. Shred beef, add eggs and beat well, season with salt, stir well with water starch, wash celery and shred carrots.
