Italian flavor auricularia auricula vegetable soup
Materials:
2 green onions, chicory 1, 2 potatoes (made into balls by adding flour), 500g of vegetable soup, 300g of lettuce 1, 300g of fungus, 20g of olive oil, 50g of celery, 200g of milk, 8g of sugar, 30g of hazelnut, a handful of coriander leaves, and 5g of fresh nutmeg and hazelnut.
Exercise:
1. Chop onion and chicory and cook for 10 minutes. Add potato pieces, pour hot soup and add seasoning. Stew for 20 minutes on low heat;
2. Slice lettuce, add agarwood and celery, and cook until slightly soft. Put away the soup, pour in the milk, and heat it with low heat while stirring, instead of boiling it. Season with sugar, salt and pepper according to personal preference.
Tang Tian mashed potatoes
Materials:
3 potatoes, 2g salt, 2g chicken essence, 1g pepper, 5g cheese and 25g milk.
Exercise:
1. Steamed potatoes, peeled, put into a container, cooled and mashed;
2. Add a proper amount of milk and cheese to the mashed potatoes and stir until the milk is completely immersed in the mashed potatoes;
3. Pour the mashed potatoes into the dish, heat them to dryness in the microwave oven, and finally add some salt and pepper to taste. (black pepper is recommended)
