Vegetables suitable for diabetics are low in sugar content.
The sugar content of several vegetables is only 1%-3%, such as Chinese cabbage, bitter gourd, spinach, rape, Chinese cabbage, celery, leek, chicken feathers, cucumber, wax gourd, eggplant, tomato, towel gourd, water bamboo, cauliflower, zucchini, mung bean sprouts and fresh mushrooms.
The sugar content of the following vegetables is about 4%, radish, bell pepper and pumpkin.
The sugar content of cowpea, lentil, carrot and garlic seedling is higher than 4%.
The sugar content of potatoes is as high as 20%. If you eat potatoes, you must deduct the amount of staple food.
