Tools/materials: Chinese cabbage, dried pepper, garlic, pepper, salt, oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and sugar.
1. Wash the cabbage and remove the core.
2. Tear into small pieces.
3. Shred garlic, dried pepper and pepper.
4. Pour the hot oil into the pot and stir fry.
5. Then pour the cabbage into the fire and stir fry quickly. After the break, add salt, soy sauce, sugar and balsamic vinegar and stir-fry until cooked.
