Exercise 1
Ingredients: pork belly, chicken, pepper, red dates, medlar, ginger, cooking wine.
Steps:
1, rinse the pork belly, then turn the pork belly over and wash it, add flour to the plate and rub the pork belly repeatedly.
2. Continue to add salt to wash the pork belly, and repeat it for 2-3 times.
3. Soak the pork belly with clear water and wash the pork belly repeatedly with vinegar.
4. Wash the pork belly and soak it in vinegar, salt and wine for ten minutes.
5. Wash the chicken first and simmer it in the pot.
6. Put red dates, medlar and stir-fried peppers into the pork belly.
7. Stuff the chicken into the pig's belly and seal the opening with a toothpick.
8. Put water in the pot, add the soaked pork belly chicken, add a few pieces of ginger, a small amount of cooking wine, and simmer on low heat.
9. Add water to the pot, add chicken with pork belly, add cooking wine and ginger slices, and then fire. After the fire boils, turn it to low heat 1-2 hours.
10, then take out the streaky chicken, let it cool, cut it into small pieces, and put it in the pot to continue stewing for about 5 minutes.

Ingredients: pork tripe 1, half chicken (about 1 kg), 3 red dates, appropriate amount of Lycium barbarum, 50g of white pepper and appropriate amount of ginger slices.
Exercise:
1, turn the pork belly out from the inside, and wash the dirty things in the pork belly with tap water. Then put the pork belly into a pot, pour in a lot of raw flour and 2 tablespoons of salt, all of which are covered with a thick layer of flour, rub it with your hands for 2 minutes, and then rinse it off under the tap. Add the raw flour again and repeat the above steps 1 time. If there is a yellow film on the esophagus of the pig's stomach, it should be scraped off.
2, repeated cleaning for 2 times, smelling the smell of pork belly is much lighter. Then pour in 150ml white vinegar, knead for 2 or 3 minutes, and then rinse with clear water, so as to remove the ammonia smell in the pork belly.
3. Wash the vinegar, add 150ml liquor, knead for 2 or 3 minutes, and then rinse with water. In this way, even if the pork belly is washed clean, it will not smell anything.
4. Stir-fry the white pepper in the pot, stir-fry it slowly on low heat, and stir-fry until the pepper is fragrant.
5. Turn the pork belly upside down, put your hand into the pork belly, then grab the chicken wings, put the whole chicken in a little bit like socks, and then plug in red dates, medlar and pepper. Remember to mix pepper and other ingredients evenly by hand to avoid stacking them all in the same place.
6. Tie the opening of the pork belly tightly with cotton thread, poke a few holes in the pork belly with a toothpick, and then put it into the pot and add water to make soup. Usually the fire boils, and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Then turn to low heat and continue to stew until the water just boils. Stew 1.5~2 hours, poke with chopsticks, it is easy to poke pork belly and chicken, which proves that you can cook.
7. Cut the pork belly and the pepper on the chicken, then cut the pork belly and chicken into small pieces, put them back into the pot, continue to cook with the soup base cooked before, turn to medium heat after boiling, continue to cook for five minutes, and season and take out the pot.
