How to make lobster sauce flat fish and Japanese fish (seafood menu)
If you pour a layer of hot oil, the fish will look much brighter and will greatly increase people's appetite.
But we are cooking at home, and everyone's common wish is: eat more delicious food but don't gain weight! Therefore, eating as little greasy as possible can save some trouble of losing weight.
It's also the season. When I used to work in China, I had to send it to the New Year's unit. There are many ways to do it. There was lobster sauce at home, so I made a lobster sauce flat fish.
Make a vertical knife and several horizontal knives on the washed fish. Add two spoonfuls of cooking wine and two spoonfuls of soy sauce to taste 10 minute.
Seasoning: onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, lobster sauce and a piece of aniseed.
Drain the water on the surface of the fish with kitchen paper, add a little oil to the pot, fry one side thoroughly and then turn the other side. After frying, pour out all the oil in the pan, spray a teaspoon of rice vinegar, add seasoning and fish-soaked soy sauce wine, a teaspoon of sugar and half a bowl of water, and simmer.
When the soup thickens, add coriander and take out.
The key to delicious food is to add a spoonful of vinegar to simmer, which is great even if the oil and water are not too big.
