1. Baby shrimp and vegetable noodle soup
(1) Ingredients: shrimp, asparagus noodles, cabbage sum, vegetable oil, and stock.
(2) Blanch the shrimps in boiling water, pick them up, and chop them into very small pieces to make it easier for the baby to eat and swallow.
(3) Blanch the cabbage sum in boiling water, remove, chop, and set aside.
(4) Boil a little water, cut the dragon's whisker noodles into short and uniform noodles, then put them into the boiling water and cook until soft, then scoop them up.
(5) Pour the soup stock into the pot and bring to a slight boil. Then add the chopped shrimp, cabbage sum, and noodles into the soup stock. Add a little vegetable oil and cook together. First, use high heat. Bring to a boil, then change to low heat and simmer for a while, then turn off the heat, put it in a bowl, spread it out until slightly cool, and then feed it.
2. Baby shrimp, tofu and pea puree porridge
(1) Ingredients: shrimp, fresh peas, soft tofu, stock, thick porridge, vegetable oil.
(2) Blanch the shrimps in boiling water, pick them up, and chop them into very small pieces to make it easier for the baby to eat and swallow.
(3) Boil the peas in water, peel them, and press them into pea puree for later use.
(4) Wash the soft tofu, chop it into pieces and set aside.
(5) Pour the thick porridge into the pot, then pour the chopped shrimp, pea puree, and chopped tofu into the porridge, cook until it boils slightly, then pour in the broth and stir.
(6) After all the ingredients are cooked, add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil and salt, then turn off the heat, put it into a bowl, spread it until it is slightly cool, and feed it to your baby.
3. Green vegetable, shrimp and egg custard
(1) Ingredients: 1 egg, 4 shrimps, and 3 small rapeseeds.
(2) Prepare eggs, shrimps, and blanched rapeseed. Break an egg into a bowl.
(3) The ratio of eggs to water can be between 1:1-1:2. I used 1:1.5, which is double the eggs and 1.5 times the water.
(4) Sieve the egg liquid and discard the filtered egg tendons. Filter out the air bubbles and the egg liquid will be more delicate.
(5) Cut the kernels into cubes and chop the rapeseed. According to the baby's chewing ability, cut it into a size suitable for the baby.
(6) Add the shrimp and chopped green vegetables to the egg liquid and stir evenly.
(7) After the water in the pot boils, place the bowl on the steamer drawer and steam over medium-low heat. It takes 8-12 minutes, depending on the size of the stove and the number of eggs. You can use chopsticks to test whether the egg liquid is solidified to determine whether it is steamed.
(8) The cooked egg custard can be given to the baby after it has cooled.
