Steamed chicken with mushrooms
1. Cut chicken wings into small pieces, add ginger slices and garlic slices, and marinate them evenly with salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken essence and water starch 1 hr or more;
2. Wash fresh mushrooms and cut small flowers;
3. Spread fresh mushrooms at the bottom of the dish first, and then spread chicken wings on it;
4. Put it in a steamer and let it burn 15 minutes.
