Huaiyam powder
Ingredients
500g yam, 100g jujube puree, 80g black sesame, 300g old cake, 30g honey, 15g sugar
Method
1. Steam the yam, add appropriate amount of sugar to make puree.
2. Use jujube puree as the base, mix half of the yam puree with black sesame seeds, and combine it with the other half of the yam puree to form a Tai Chi Pisces figure.
3. Cut the old cake into strips, place it on the plate according to the rules of the Eight Diagrams, steam it in a basket, add honey and gravy and serve.
