There are floor restrictions for running kindergartens. According to article 5.4.4 of the national standard Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings (gb500 16-20 14), children's activity places such as nurseries, kindergartens and children's playhouses should be set in independent buildings, and should not be set underground or semi-underground;

When using a first-class or second-class fire-resistant building, it should not exceed 3 floors; When using a building with a three-level fire resistance rating, it should not exceed 2 floors; When a building with a four-level fire resistance rating is adopted, it should be a single layer; When it is really necessary to set it in other civil buildings, it shall meet the following requirements:

1. When installed in a building with a first-class or second-class fire resistance rating, it should be arranged on the first, second or third floor;

2. It should be arranged on the first or second floor when it is installed in a building with a three-level fire resistance rating;

3, set in the four fire rating buildings, should be arranged on the first floor;

4, set in a high-rise building, should be set up independent exit and evacuation stairs;

5, set in a single, multi-storey building, should be set up independent safety exits and evacuation stairs.

Article 5.4.6 requires: When the teaching building adopts three-level fire-resistant building, it should not exceed two floors; When a building with a four-level fire resistance rating is adopted, it should be a single layer; When it is set in a building with a fire resistance rating of Grade III, it should be arranged on the first or second floor; When it is set in a building with a fire resistance rating of four, it should be arranged on the first floor.
