Radish kimchi
Ingredients:
1 white radish
2 carrots
White sugar 100 grams
50 grams of rice vinegar
Salt
Recipe:
1. Prepare the white radish and carrots.
2. Cut the white radish into 2 cm thick slices.
3. Cut the carrots into 2 cm thick slices.
4. Use a large heart-shaped mold to cut the radish into a heart shape.
5. Use a small mold to cut the carrot into a heart shape.
6. Use a small mold to make a heart-shaped hole in the center of the heart-shaped white radish.
7. Stuff the carrots into the center of the white radish and place them layer by layer in an airtight container for easy pickling.
