How to make pickled tomato sauce:
1. Clean all the tomatoes first, dry them completely and then use a grater to grate the tomatoes. Don’t touch the pots and tools here. water and oil.
2. Put the rubbed tomatoes directly into a clean glass bottle that is water-free and oil-free. After filling, tighten the cap of the glass bottle. If you are afraid of being unsafe, you can also tighten the cap slightly. Loosen a little, and after steaming in the pot, tighten the cap tightly while it's still hot.
3. After everything is covered, steam it in the pot. Remember to pour cold water into the pot when steaming, do not pour hot water, and put the bottle with tomatoes directly into it.
4. Cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to minimum heat and steam for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for half an hour before opening the lid of the pot. This way, the steamed tomatoes are in a vacuum state and can be stored in a cool, dry place for 1-2 years without fear of damage.
