Basic ingredients: 250g of rice, 20g of lean meat, boiled ham and seafood, 5g of boiled mushrooms, canned winter bamboo shoots and green beans 10g, eggs 1 each, cooked chicken breast 15g, peanut oil 35g, soy sauce, cooking wine, refined salt, monosodium glutamate and scallion.
