Today, I'd like to share with you a more homely pasta, tomato noodles, which is called noodle soup in the hotel. The soup is delicious, very delicious and memorable.

The picture above is my finished product. I usually make spaghetti. Every time I mix noodles, I always watch TV while mixing noodles. Soon a meal for the whole family will be ready.

1. Mix the flour well first, put the medium-gluten flour in the pot, then add cold water and mix the flour well several times.

When you stir the flour into a flocculent, knead it into a smooth dough. Today, make this dough and knead it a little harder. Knead and cover with dough for about 20 minutes.

2. After the dough is cooked, continue to knead the dough. Prepare to roll the dough, put the dough on the main board, and sprinkle some dry corn flour on the main board as a pavement.

When making handmade noodles, roll them in different directions every 5-6 times on average. When rolling, roll them hard from the edge to the middle, so as to roll the noodles evenly.

The thinner the roll, the better. It takes a lot of practice to make this kind of handmade noodles. Now roll up the noodles.

Cut the dough into pieces with a width of about 2cm, and then obliquely cut into diamond-shaped pieces (flag face).

3. Come down and make a tomato soup. When the oil in the pan is hot, add chopped green onion and stir fry, and add a spoonful of thirteen incense.

Then add 2 bottles of tomato sauce and stir-fry until fragrant. I pickled this ketchup last July. If there is no ketchup, you can add tomatoes.

Add diced mushrooms and peeled corn kernels, and don't add corn kernels if you don't like them. Add soy sauce and stir fry.

Then add water. The amount of water can be determined according to the amount of food eaten by family members. Cover the pot and cook for about 5 minutes.

After the tomato soup in the pot is boiled, add the noodles just now.

Cover the pot and cook.

Add leek, salt and chicken essence before taking out, stir well, turn off the fire and take out.
