1 eggs (it is best to break them up and throw them into the bread bucket)
Half a teaspoon of salt (2 measuring cups and 1 spoon, two spoons, one big and one small).
3 tablespoons sugar (remember, it's better to put sugar, this is more delicious, it's the first time I've separated powdered sugar from soft candy, and it's not delicious)
Warm milk 120ml (warm milk! If there is no fresh milk, it is not bad to mix two spoonfuls of milk powder with warm water, so I will do it. )
Two spoonfuls of vegetable oil or butter (it is best not to use strong oil such as peanut oil, which may destroy the flavor of bread itself. I use sunflower oil)
250 grams of high-gluten flour (some people may not know what high-gluten flour is, but it is actually high-content flour in protein. Just buy wheat bran powder in the supermarket).
3 tablespoons milk powder (I bought Nestle whole milk powder in barrels, which feels good)
1 teaspoon of half yeast powder (2 teaspoons were put in the second cooking, so it was very sour)
Ok, the ingredients are ready, you can start throwing things into the bread bucket!
Step 1: put the broken eggs, salt and sugar in. Remember, salt and sugar are placed in different corners of the barrel.
Step 2: Pour in hot milk.
Step 3: Pour in the oil.
Step 4: Mix the high-gluten flour and milk powder, and sieve them into the bucket with a flour sieve. I guess it's ok without sieving, but sieving flour is more delicate. Because the measuring cup is 200 ml, I first sifted 200 grams of flour, and then I sifted 50 grams of flour and 3 spoonfuls of milk powder.
Step 5: Put the yeast powder. Yeast powder should be poured on the mixture of flour and milk powder, and do not touch oil, salt and sugar, otherwise the activity of yeast may be worse.
Then you can put the bread bucket in the toaster! The bread machine is connected to the power supply, and the menu selects sweet bread, light color, 750g. Press the start button to start.
When the bread maker starts to work, it is best to stir the raw materials in the bread bucket with small chopsticks. Why? The stirring rod may not completely touch the corners of the bread, so some flour may not be stirred, and there will be residual flour in the shell of the finished bread, which is very unsightly. When the stirring rod of the bread machine rotates faster and faster and moves at a uniform speed, you can stir without chopsticks and cover the bread machine to play.
About three hours later, the bread machine made a noise, the bread was ready, and the bread machine entered a state of heat preservation. 10 minutes later, take out the bread bucket (be careful not to burn it), then turn the bread bucket upside down and put it on the plate, and the delicious soft bread full of milk fragrance will appear in front of you! Then, 20 minutes later, the bread was finished!
