Stir-fry must be fast, and the green onions should not be overcooked, which will affect the taste. Apple vinegar is slightly sweet, and white sugar can be omitted. A little sweet and sour fried shredded pork is not as good as fish-flavored shredded pork. It's much simpler than fish-flavored shredded pork!
