Because of the need of work, the reception unit can arrange working meals and strictly control the number of people accompanying meals. If the reception object is less than 5 people, the number of people accompanying the meal shall not exceed 2. 6 to 10, and the number of people accompanying the meal shall not exceed 3. If there are more than 10 people, the number of people accompanying meals shall not exceed one third of the number of people receiving meals.

The venues, events and activities arranged by the reception unit should be pragmatic and frugal, which is conducive to the development of official activities. If you arrange to go out for research, you should go deep into the grassroots and the masses, and strive to understand the situation comprehensively, accurately and deeply to prevent the research from going through the motions. The reception unit shall not exceed the standard reception, organize tours unrelated to official activities, organize business entertainment and fitness activities, arrange special cultural performances, and give gifts in any name.
Domestic official reception activities should be arranged by buses in a unified way, and the use of vehicles should be strictly in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Official Cars of Party and Government Organs in Jilin Province. The reception unit shall not implement traffic control in violation of regulations, and if it is really necessary to arrange guards for safety, it shall implement it in accordance with the prescribed safety limits and security norms, and reasonably arrange the police force. Narrow the scope of alert as much as possible, and do not shut down, stop or restrict normal production and business activities.
