What else can spinach do? It is nutritious, delicious and satisfying. What about picky eaters? I often squeeze spinach into juice to make some special foods. The design is beautiful, the nutrition does not flow out, and the children are no longer picky about food, so I am nominated to eat. Our nephews and nieces especially like two kinds, one is spinach and butterfly noodles, and the other is the way to share it today. Try it if you like.

Need food spinach, corn starch, glutinous rice noodles; Hot pot dishes are more casual (I just use pork belly slices, potatoes, carrots and sour carrots).

Step 1: Prepare 4-5 spinach in advance and blanch it with boiling water, so that hydrochloric acid can be removed and it will be healthier to eat. After soaking in water, soak in cold water, wring out the water, add a little water and squeeze into spinach juice. Spinach juice 200g, corn starch 200g, sticky rice flour 50g, with sticky rice flour, the taste will be a little soft and waxy. There is no need to add it, and the main usage can be adjusted as appropriate.

Step 2: Knead into a moderate hard and soft batter, grab a small pimple, hold the porcelain firmly first, then round it, poke a nest with your little finger, which looks good and cooks well. Boil it in boiling water until it floats, remove it and rinse it with cold water to avoid sticking.

Step 3: Stir-fry pork belly slices in a pot, add ginger and garlic bean paste to stir-fry until fragrant, then stir-fry evenly, and then add your favorite dishes. I put diced sour bamboo shoots, diced potatoes and diced carrots, and add a little soy sauce to stir well. Finally, add half a bowl of water and bring the dish to a boil.

Step 4: Put the spinach into the nest and stew for 2min minutes, which will taste better. Finally, add a little glutinous rice flour, boil the soup base, add white pepper and monosodium glutamate to taste, and add a little ground sesame oil before cooking.

Delicious spinach noodles are ready. The juice is rich and mellow, and the spinach is soft and waxy, chewy, especially fragrant and nutritious. Adults and children like it so much. Usually children don't eat spinach at home, so I do. If it's troublesome, I can also make spinach and butterfly noodles, which are delicious and children love them.
