Seasoning: soy sauce 10g, onion 20g, ginger 15g, garlic (white skin) 10g, sugar 5g, sesame oil 5g, vinegar 10g. Wenchang chicken method: 1. Wash the chicken legs and blanch them first.
2. Cook the chicken legs, remove them and let them cool, and put small pieces into the plate;
3. Chop all the onions, ginger, garlic and peppers, stir-fry with 2 tablespoons of oil, add all the seasonings, cook, serve out and pour on the chicken legs.
Tips for making Wenchang chicken: 1. Choose chicken with moderate meat quality, or steam it in an electric rice cooker before cutting it;
2. When frying seasoning, don't use too much fire to avoid burning and affecting the appearance. Food is similar to chicken leg: chicken leg should not be eaten with pheasant, turtle, mustard, carp, crucian carp, rabbit meat, plum, shrimp, sesame, chrysanthemum, onion and garlic;
Eating sesame and chrysanthemum together is easy to be poisoned;
Eating with plums and rabbit meat will have diarrhea;
Eating with mustard will get angry.
